Terms of Service – Sale of Protogen Fursuit HeadSnowZard ProtogensEffective Date: August 7, 2025By purchasing a Protogen fursuit head (“the Item”) from SnowZard Protogens (“Seller,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.1. Item DescriptionThe Item is a one-of-a-kind fursuit head designed and constructed by SnowZard Protogens.All details, photos, and condition of the Item are described to the best of our ability in the listing.Please review all images and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.2. Payment TermsFull payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via PayPal.All sales are final. No cancellations, payment plans, or holds will be accepted for premade items unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.3. ShippingThe Item will be shipped within 1-21 business days of receiving full payment.Shipping is available to the United States (international buyers may inquire for availability).A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. SnowZard Protogens is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.Buyer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.4. Refunds & ReturnsALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered on premade fursuit heads.Refunds will not be issued due to buyer’s change of mind, sizing concerns, or aesthetic preferences.5. Condition & WarrantyThe Item is sold as-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or post-sale modifications included.The Item has been inspected prior to shipping to ensure it is in the condition described. Buyer accepts the risk of natural variation in hand-crafted items.SnowZard Protogens is not responsible for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, improper handling, or alterations made after delivery.6. Intended UseThe Item is intended for display purposes only.Buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of the Item.7. Ownership & Character RightsOwnership of the physical Item transfers to the Buyer upon purchase.8. Dispute ResolutionFor any concerns, please contact us first via @SnowZard on Telegram before taking further action.In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, all communication, documentation, and shipping confirmation will be submitted to the payment processor as evidence.We are committed to resolving issues in good faith, but reserve the right to deny requests that go against these Terms.9. Liability LimitationSnowZard Protogens is not liable for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from use or misuse of the Item.Buyer agrees to use the Item responsibly and at their own risk.10.
